Older Girls Wanted

HAVE A REQUEST FOR OLDER GIRLS TO HELP AT JB STEPHENS SCHOOL CARNIVAL ON 4/13/12:  JB Stephens is having their spring carnival Friday April 13 from 6 - 9.  If any older girls would be interested in volunteering at it, they will need girls to set up, handle games & hand out prizes, serve food, and tear down.  They will be asking for volunteers in hour intervals from 5:00 - 9:00.  Girls may be interacting with the kids & parents quite a bit. They will need as many girls as they can get.  It does not matter if it is only for an hour if that is all you have.  The coordinator will have a sign up sheet w/  her contact info soon, which I will get to you as soon as I have it.  If you already know you might be interested, you can let me know, and I will get the info to her.  Weston Elementary is also doing a carnival on 3/10/12 and probably could use similar help too.  I will check that out as well.

Add A Girl Campaign

Add a Girl to your troop or recruit a girl and you will be entered into a drawing to win some great prizes.

The girl who has the most girl recruits will automatically get to choose a prize.  The adult who has the most girl recruits will automatically get to choose a prize.  The rest will receive one ticket for each girl recruit, which will go into two drawings.  One is for girls, one is for adults.  Please remember this recruit does not have to join your troop.  If you are looking for more girls, consider doing a bring a friend meeting.  Girls recruiting need to complete the add a member form to receive a patch from GSCI when the registration is turned in to Melinda.  This is going on now until February Service Unit Meeting.  If you have any questions, I am your contact on this one.  Good luck!!
