150+ per selling girl average earns a T-shirt

total cookies sold by the troop, divided by the girls selling, must equal 150 or more
average can be found in eBudde under "Sales Report" tab --- top right of page
do not guess at shirt sizes --- it is recommended to get the size with the initial cookie order
one adult T-shirt is free
shirt sizes are on page 43
if the troop qualifies for the shirt, additional adult shirts may be purchased for $12.00 each
complete the T-shirt/concert ticket order form, write out your check and turn it in with your final report envelope
make check out to GSCI or Girl Scouts of Central Indiana --- NO CASH
IF THE CHECK IS NOT INCLUDED --- THE ADDITIONAL ADULT SHIRT(S) WILL NOT BE ORDERED

225+ per selling girl average earns a concert ticket to the Indiana State Fair

date to be announced closer to end of cookie sale

total cookies sold by the troop, divided by the girls selling, must equal 225 or more
average can be found in eBudde under "Sales Report" tab --- top right of page
ticket includes entry to the Indiana State Fair and Girl Scout programing while at the fair
free adult tickets will be included according to the Safety Wise chart on page 44
if the troop qualifies for the tickets, up to 5 additional tickets may be purchased for $15.00 each
complete the T-shirt/concert ticket order form, write out your check and turn it in with your final report envelope
make check out to GSCI or Girl Scouts of Central Indiana --- NO CASH

Older Gril Recognition:

Cadette Girl Scouts and older may decide not to receive the "recognition stuff" or "Cookie Douth" and choose the additional five cents per package of cookies sold
this is a TROOP decision and ALL girls must be in agreement on this
all girls still qualify for:

initial order recognition --- 200+ packages ordered

Placing your recognition order:

before March 14, 2012 by 11:59 PM
Incentives tab --- final recognitions
be sure that all applicable choices have been made for each girl
do not guess what the girl wants
do not guess what size the girl wears if your troop qualifies for the T-shirt
Girl Orders tab --- make sure the "extra" cookie numbers at the bottom is zero, any cookies on this line need to be given to the girls
