If a parent still owes the troop cookie money, an Outstanding Cookie Account (OCA) form must be filled out and turned in with your final report envelope.

• DO NOT PAY THE DEBT! --- if the troop pays the debt, council cannot do anything to collect what is owed
• CALL ME AS SOON AS YOU SUSPECT A PROBLEM,  I WILL WORK YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING.
• DO keep all correspondence with the parent --- texting, e-Mail, phone conversations, etc.
• DO make copies of all cookie receipts
• DO make a copy of the signed parent permission form
• should the parent have payment for cookies after turning in the final report envelope --- follow the info in tan box on page 47
• these recognitions will be held back until the cookie debt is paid in full:
